Founded in Cambodia, Soben Travel is a boutique DMC and tailor-made luxury travel operator specializing in Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and across Southeast Asia. Our team is led by founders with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across Southeast Asia's travel industry — in sales, product design, operations, and general management. With offices in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, we combine that deep local knowledge with an unwavering commitment to authentic, ethical, and personalized travel experiences. We don't build itineraries from a template. We craft journeys shaped around who you are, what moves you, and the dream that brought you to Southeast Asia in the first place.

Soben Travel is led by a Phnom Penh-based tourism professional with more than 20 years of experience across Southeast Asia's travel industry — spanning sales, product development, operations, and general management for boutique DMCs in the region. Before founding Soben Travel, he served as Cambodia Representative and acting General Manager for Cambodia at a Vietnam-based boutique DMC, overseeing operations and commercial growth across the country. His career has also taken him through hospitality and real estate, and earlier still, into work as a BBC interpreter — experience that shaped a lifelong appreciation for language, culture, and the stories behind every place. That range of experience is woven into how Soben Travel is built: not as a large, impersonal operator, but as a boutique DMC where every itinerary reflects genuine local knowledge, personal attention, and a deep respect for Cambodian culture and history.
